The Flu Clinic will be held in the Multipurpose room in the Custer County School located at 709 Main Street, Westcliffe. Please park in the west parking lot. The west doors to the school will be open.
Cost is covered by most insurance companies. Please bring your Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance cards for payment. Self pay is $22 regular dose and $60 for Hi-dose. Cash or Check only, NO credit cards accepted.
